Tundra biomes are found on the northern side of the Arctic Circle.
Tundras also cover 1/5 (estimate) of the Earth’s surface.
Tundra also means empty, treeless plain (land).
The conditions in which life can survive must adapt to the cold temperatures of the tundra and the empty plains, some animals that adapt have:
